At Hantaranga, every product is made especially for you after you place an order. For this reason, we have a limited return and refund policy.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer
  • Color preference
  • Minor variations due to screen display

Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos and videos of the product

After verification, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they enter production. Once production has started, cancellations are not possible.
